Many of these shows have never been released on DVD. How do you have them?
We have many Limited Edition DVD Box Sets that the 'big guys' overlook or are simply not interested in selling. There is also a section of the American copyright law known as "The Berne Act" that Clearly states: films unreleased in the United States, including original versions of films altered and/or edited for release in the United States, are NOT protected by American copyright; thus, they are considered public domain. The entire purpose of our website is to provide otherwise unavailable films or television shows to the serious collector.

How do I order?
First of all, thank you for visiting and your interest! Once you find the DVD Collection(s) you want to buy, simply add the item to your Cart and follow the Checkout Instructions. Our checkout process is 100% Safe & Secure taking only a few minutes to complete. Once you complete checkout, you'll receive an email with your copy of the Invoice.
What Payment Options do you offer?
You can pay for your DVD order using your VISA (Credit or Debit Card), or Mastercard (Credit or Debit Card) via our 100% SSL Secure Checkout Page. Rest assured your information is encrypted, secure and will never be stored or shared.
What is a CVV Number?
The CVV number is the three digit code that is printed on your signature strip following your credit card number. We ask for it as a security feature. It helps us ensure that the person placing an order is the actual credit card holder.
I had a problem paying with Credit Card, what should I do?
This happens quite often. The first thing you will want to do is call your Credit Card company or contact Paypal and ask them why the card was declined. Many times, your credit card will place a hold for Internet Orders to verify you are actually making the purchase. This is done for your protection. Making a quick call to your credit card company will usually resolve this issue.
Is the website secure? Is my order information safe?

How much does Shipping cost?
We will always offer FREE Standard Shipping (2-4 Weeks Delivery) to the USA. Express Shipping to the USA as well as International Shipping will be calculated during checkout and will depend on the Product(s) ordered and the Shipping Address. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX or UPS depending on the country. We provide door-to-door delivery.
How long does Shipping take?
You will receive Shipping Timeframe Estimates during checkout however the general shipping times are:
USA Standard Shipping: 2-4 Weeks
USA Express Shipping: 7-10 Days
International Standard Shipping: 3-5 Weeks
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Absolutely. We ship to PO BOXES, APO and FPO addresses.
Does my package have a Tracking Number?
Yes. All shipments include a Tracking # and Delivery Confirmation. We track all shipments door-to-door. NOTE: You will receive an email with your tracking # 3-5 days after you place your order. Please check your Spam/Bulk mail folder or Contact Us if you do not receive your Shipment Tracking email.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
As you probably know by now, we offer 100% FREE Standard Shipping to the USA on all orders. Our standard shipping times range from 2-4 weeks depending on the product ordered and shipping location. However, if you would like us to RUSH your order, we do have the option of EXPRESS SHIPPING for our USA Customers. There is an additional fee for this service however it cuts the transit time in half. Unfortunately, at this time we only offer STANDARD SHIPPING to all International locations.
Do you Ship outside the USA?
Absolutely. We currently ship all DVD Collections to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
Why does Shipping take 2-4 Weeks?
Keep in mind our shipping & fulfilment timeframes are quite standard and equal or beat most of the online retailers, shopping channel companies or infomercial providers. We believe that FREE Standard Shipping (2-4 weeks) is a great value however if that's too long, you are welcome to upgrade to the Express Shipping and receive your order in 7-10 Days.
REFUNDS
Do you have a Refund Policy?
Of course! We offer a "No Questions Asked, 15 Day Money Back Guarantee". If a customer is not 100% satisfied with their order, they may contact us within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund. 100% Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed. We guarantee all our DVD's to be of the highest quality and your satisfaction is our priority. NOTE: Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded.
My DVD Collection arrived Damaged. What can I do?
If a customer is delivered the wrong item or the item arrives damaged, they may exchange it free of charge. In this circumstance, please email us within 5 days of having received the package. You will be required to send the defective or damaged product back to us. Simply Contact Us to receive an RMA #.
Some of the Individual Discs are damaged or defective. What can I do?
Upon receiving new shipments we always examine our merchandise for damages and defects. Please note that it is also your responsibility to make sure everything is satisfactory. All defects must be reported within 5 days in order to receive your exchange for an exact replacement of that item.
Some Additional Refund/Exchange/Defect Information
1 - All exchange/refund merchandise must be shipped back to us in working condition. Damaged goods DO NOT require return shipping.
2 - All dates/timelines above are based on the DAY the customer receives their DVD's. This is based on our Shipping Company tracking System.
3 - Damaged goods will under no circumstances be accepted.
